Salt and Pepper Partners are passionate about commercial flooring, it’s all we’ve done for eleven years and we still love it. We believe that a floor is an integral part of the design and function of every commercial interior, and know that an unattractive or unsafe floor says a lot about a business.

Every floor is different – different foundations, different levels of foot traffic and different environments. We know what each floor needs, we know our products, we know our trade and we understand where and how this fits in with every commercial project. New buildings, fit-outs, refurbishments, up-dates and repairs all have their special needs and we have the experience to understand this and adjust our process and approach accordingly.

We understand the importance of installing smooth and safe commercial flooring and we’re committed to delivering a quality finish. We strongly believe that a great finish needs a great foundation, so we work with you to select the right products for the job, and take extra care in preparing the floor, before we begin installation. This ensures your floor is smooth and safe and will stay that way for years to come.

Customer care
Commercial project management can be a frustrating process. Jobs delivered over time, over budget and to poor standards are sadly common-place. Conflict between trades competing for space, tools and time on-site also add challenges to delivering a good project.
At Salt and Pepper Partners, we take the time with our clients to ask a lot of good questions and take care to really understand their needs. We build a project plan as part of our quote process and if engaged, our clients sign-off on this, so we share our understanding on the requirements and deliverables of the project. We are careful to explain the impacts of tight timeframes, or unrealistic expectations and are prepared to say “no” if we don’t honestly believe the project is achievable.

Before, during and after a project, our clients can expect us to be responsive, contactable and professional at all times. We are a small organisation, however we have the systems and process’s that allow us to behave better and more responsively than a big one - no re-directions, no dealing with several different people, and no broken promises. For our clients, we simply give a straight answer, every time.
